Backsy is a digital return and exchange management platform operated by Backsy Pte. Ltd. (and affiliates). We provide merchants with the ability to manage customer returns, exchanges, and post-purchase workflows on Shopify and other eCommerce platforms.
By accessing and using our services—including our website, return portal, integrations, and applications (collectively referred to as the “Service”)—you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”).
If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

- You are responsible for scanning any downloaded or shared files for viruses or threats.
Backsy reserves the right to suspend or remove any content and/or block user access in case of any violation of these terms.

4. Fees and Payments
- Merchants are charged for using Backsy based on the plan selected during registration.
- All payments are processed securely via integrated payment processors.
- Users authorize Backsy to collect recurring payments where applicable.
- Unused subscription credit or prepaid usage may expire after 6 months.
- Backsy reserves the right to refuse service and refund any payment at its discretion.

6. Refund Policy
- Backsy offers subscription-based software services. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction unless a technical failure prevented service delivery.

- All refund requests will be reviewed individually by our support team. Approved refunds will be issued as credits to your Backsy account.

All content, trademarks, and materials provided through the Service are owned or licensed by Backsy. You are granted a non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use our platform solely for its intended purpose.

- You may not transfer your account or rights without written approval.
- If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid by law, the rest remains enforceable.
- Promotions or coupons provided by Backsy are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
